  • Each recipe contains nutrition information with easy prep and make directions. Recipes are extensively tested and feature whole food ingredients with easy-to-follow directions for people of all cooking levels.

  • Meal planners includes a smart grocery list that tells you exactly what to buy. You can scale recipes to make more or less of any recipes and the grocery list will adjust

  • These meal plans help put the person back in personalized meal planning — and now you can too!

    Each week, you will receive three days of suggested recipes with the ability to search thousands more to add to your plan.
