What to expect
I work with people experiencing chronic health struggles. Beginning in the gut and utilizing the information provided from your journal tracking (see below), we will start with discussing your current diet and habits, your history and the story of what lead you to where you are now in your healing journey. I will spend the time hearing your story, and doing the deep digging to put the pieces together so that we can find the root cause to what is challenging and blocking you from achieving vibrant health.
Understanding the whole person: I take a holistic and bioindividual approach, considering all aspects of a person’s health and history.
Addressing the terrain: I focus on the environment in which signs, symptoms, or diagnoses manifest.
Education: I empower my clients to understand why their health challenges arose and how to take back control of their own health.
Bridging the gap: I use my unique skill set to fill the gap that exists between the physician and the patient within the current medical system.
Trauma Informed: I will hold a safe space for you to express your story; symptoms of concern, wellness goals, and relevant life events which may have contributed to your current health struggles.
Herbal medicine: Using plant medicine to balance, nourish and heal impacted tissue and energetic states.
We will work together to establish a wellness plan that feels comfortable and approachable for you, building upon this plan as we work together to get you closer to your goals - Healing is a journey, not a destination

3-5 days prior to your first appointment please fill out a Food/Mood/Poop Journal.
Journal access and instructions are provided when you schedule your first session.
Be as honest as you can so I can get a picture of your body’s daily intake and excretion patterns as well as the symptoms you experience.
