A brief phone or video call where you can ask your questions and discuss what you are looking for so we can establish if we are a good fit to work together.
Initial Consultation 60 min - $150
We will discuss your health concerns, wellness goals, and health history; establishing a wellness plan that feels comfortable and approachable for you.
Follow Up Wellness Session 60 min - $150 (a la carte)
Continuing the conversation from your initial consultation, we will dive deeper into your health history with each session, checking in at regular intervals and refining your wellness plan.

A custom subscription link will be given when your plan is established, please schedule a discovery call if you are a new client.

In an effort to be as accessible as possible, lower rates are available for those struggling with financial hardship. If you are struggling with your health and are not able to afford supportive services at this time, you may apply for a lower rate when available.
