Recipe Suggestions

Change suggested recipes to fit your appetite and taste

  • Powders: collagen, protein, tocopherols, reishi, lions mane, shatavari, ashwagandha, maca, green powder
  • Seeds: Chia, hemp, flax
  • Liquids: coconut water, aloe juice, alternative milks (oat, almond, coconut etc.)

Note: Trader joes carries a large jug of organic aloe juice and an oat milk with pea protein

Chocolate
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 large spoonful of nut butter of choice
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 Scoop of dairy free yogurt or cottage cheese
  • liquid(s) of choice, add to your desired thickness

Optional: add additional powders, seeds and Cocoa nibs

additional fruit suggestions strawberry, blueberry, cherry, acai

Golden Chai
  • Four Sigmatic mushroom Chai & Golden milk to desired strength
  • Blend with desired powders, seeds and milk base using regular ice
Green
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein
  • frozen mango, peach, pineapple, handful of kale or spinach
  • 1 Scoop of raw honey for desired sweetness
  • 1 scoop of green powder
  • 1 Scoop of dairy free yogurt or cottage cheese
  • liquid(s) of choice, add to your desired thickness

Optional: add additional powders and seeds

Purple
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • frozen acai, blueberries, cherries
  • dry goji berries
  • 1 scoop of dairy free yogurt or cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop of raw honey for desired sweetness
  • liquid(s) of choice, add to your desired thickness

Optional: add additional powders and seeds
